Lista wszystkich zmian z serwera PBE [ang.]

Prosiliście o listę wszystkich zmian, która została wprowadzona na serwerach PBE. Zmiany te prezentowane są w porównaniu do wersji w jaką gramy na zwykłych serwerach. Lista ta będzie aktualizowana od poniedziałku do piątku do godziny 14. Nie dajemy gwarancji, że aktualizację będą wprowadzane w sobotę i niedzielę. Jeśli pomysł przypadnie Wam do gustu link do wpisu znajdziecie w którymś z menu. Od razu zastrzegamy: nie przewidujemy wydawania polskiej wersji zmian. Dodatkowo nie gwarantujemy pełnej poprawności formatowania występujących tu elementów.

Sivir’s Relaunch kit:

  • Base Attack speed returned to 0.658
  • Attack speed per level now 1.6%

  • Ricochet ( W ) now lasts for the next three auto attacks causing each to do ( 1 AD ) to first target and 60/65/70/75/80% AD to each subsequent target. Only the first target is affected by on-hit effects. Each target may only be hit once by each Ricochet.
  • Ricochet ( W ) CD now  9/8/7/6/5 from 7/6/5/4/3
  • Ricochet ( W) mana cost is now 40.

  • Spell Shield ( E ) now returns  60/75/90/105/120 mana down from flat 150 mana
  • Spell Shield ( E ) mana cost removed

  • On the Hunt ( R ) now reads:
  • Passive: Sivir gains 40/60/80% Attack Speed while Ricochet is active.
  • Active: Sivir rallies her allies for 10 seconds, granting all nearby allies an initial 60% Movement Speed bonus that reduces to 20% after 4 seconds.
  • On the Hunt ( R ) mana cost removed.
  • On the Hunt ( R ) no longer has a cast time*
  • On the Hunt ( R ) cooldown decreased to  100/80/60 from 100/90/80.

Heimer’s rework kit:

Passive: Techmaturgical Repair Bots

  • Heimerdinger gives nearby allied champions and H-28G Evolution Turrets bonus health regeneration per 5 seconds.
  • 10/15/20/25/30 Hp5



Q: H-28G Evolution Turret

  • Places a Turret at target location. Turret attacks and beams prioritize Heimerdinger’s targets and enemies attacking Heimerdinger. Their Health increases with Heimerdinger’s champion level and they shut down eight seconds after he moves out of the area.
  • Heimerdinger generates a Turret Kit every 24/23/22/21/20 seconds (modified by CDR), and can hold up to 1/1/2/2/3 Kits at once.
  • Mana Cost: 20
  • Cooldown: 1

H-28G Evolution Turret Stats

  • Health: 150 (+25 / Champion level)
  • Attack – Cannon: 15/22/29/36/42 (+0.125 AP) magic damage
  • Attack – Beam: 50/75/100/125/150 (+0.5 AP) magic damage in a line, 12 second cooldown
  • Maximum Turrets: 3



W: Hextech Micro-Rockets

  • Unleashes a barrage of 5 rockets that converge towards your cursor and fan out past it. Each rocket deals 60/90/120/150/180 (+0.45 AP) magic damage.
  • Enemies that are hit by more than one rocket take 20% magic damage for each additional rocket, max 105/160/215/270/325. Minions take 60% instead.
  • Targeting the rockets closer to Heimerdinger increases their spread.
  • Mana Cost: 70/80/90/100/110
  • Cooldown: 11



E: CH-1 Electron Storm Grenade

  • Hurls a grenade that deals 60/100/140/180/220 (+0.6 AP) magic damage to enemy units and slows their Movement Speed by 35% for 2 seconds. Enemies in the center of the blast are also stunned for 1.25 seconds.
  • Mana Cost: 85
  • Cooldown: 18/16/14/12/10



R: UPGRADE!!!

  • Heimerdinger’s next basic spell is free and has bonus effects.
  • H-28Q Apex Turret: Places a Turret that deals 90/110/130 (+0.33 AP) magic damage with its cannon and 225/300/375 (+0.8 AP) magic damage with its beam for 8 seconds.
  • Hextech Rocket Swarm: Fires 4 waves that deal 135/180/225 ( .45 AP )  magic damage each. Champions and Monsters hit by multiple rockets take reduced damage, max 500/690/865 (~+1.8 AP).
  • CH-3X Lightning Grenade: Throws a grenade that discharges three times, dealing 150/200/250 (+0.6 AP) magic damage each time. Both the stun and slow areas are larger and the slow is improved to 80%.
  • Cooldown: 100/80/60
  • Mana Cost: 100

Xerath rework kit

NOTE: THIS HAS BEEN REVERTED BACK TO LIVE ON THE PBE – KEEPING NUMBERS UP FOR REF ON LAST KNOWN VERSION.


Overhelming Power ( Passive ):
Gives 3% – 20% MPen to Xerath’s basic abilities.


Every 10 seconds, Xerath’s next basic attack restores 45-130 mana. Attacking an enemy champion restores 3x that amount instead.


Arcanopulse ( Q ):
Xerath charge and then fires a beam of energy, dealing 70/110/150/190/230 ( +.7 AP ) magic damage to all enemies hit. Charging the spell increases it’s range ( and slows Xerath by 35% )

Mana cost: 80/90/100/110/120
Cool down:   7/6.5/6/5.5/5 seconds

 Locus of Destruction  ( W ):
Xerath calls down a blast of arcane energy, dealing 50/85/120/155/190 ( +.6 AP ) magic damage to all enemies within the target area, slowing them by 10% for 2.5 seconds. Enemies in the center of the blast take 60% extra damage and are slowed by 40/45/50/55/60% instead.

Mana cost:  80/90/100/110/120
Cooldown: 14/13/12/11/10 seconds



Stasis Orb ( E ):
Xerath unleases and orb of rraw magic, dealing  85/120/155/190/225 ( + .45 AP ) magic damage. The orb explodes on contact, stunning it’s target for 1 – 2 seconds based on distance traveled. [ Has .5 cast time and missle speed is way up from the original version ]

Mana cost: 60/65/70/75/80
Cooldown:  15/13.5/12/10.5/9  15/13.5/12/10.5/9 



Ascension ( R ):
Xerath ascends to his true form, briefly gaining arcane vision of a large area around himself. He becomes rooted in place and his basic abilities are disabled, but he gains 4 shots of very long distance magic artillery. Fire these shots off with left or right mouse button. The effect lasts up to 7 seconds or until deactivated. After Ascension ends, Xerath gains 30/40/50% movement speed for 2 seconds

Arcane Barrage

Xerath bombards a target area with explosive energy, dealing  125/175/225  ( .3 AP ) magic damage to all enemies hit.

Range: 2900/3600/4500
Mana Cost: 100 all ranks
Cooldown: 150/135/120

Skarner Rework

NOTE: THIS HAS BEEN REVERTED BACK TO LIVE ON THE PBE – KEEPING NUMBERS UP FOR REF ON LAST KNOWN VERSION.


Crystal Slash ( Q )

  • Mana cost reduced from 20/22/24/26/28 to 16/18/20/22/24
  • When target is hit, applies a 4/5/6/7/8% attack speed buff for 5s* that stacks up to 3 times 
  • Slow removed from Crystal Slash (moved to Fracture)



Exoskeleton ( W ) 

  • Attack speed component removed
  • Cooldown still 18s*
  • Max movepseed increased from 15/17/19/21/23% to 24/28/32/36/40% and ramps up over 3s
  • Duration remains at 6s
  • Shield value increased from 70/115/160/205/250 to 75/125/175/225/280
  • Shield AP ratio increased from 0.6 to 0.8



Fracture ( E )

  • Mana cost reduced from 50/55/60/65/70 to 40/45/50/55/60*
  • Heal removed
  • Targets hit are slowed by 30/35/40/45/50 for 2.5s
  • Missile range increased 800->1000
  • Missile width reduced 120->90



Impale ( R )

  • Impale now roots targeted champion during the windup animation
  • VO for “feel my sting” etc will happen on successful grab instead of cast start


Balance Changes

Champion Changes

Aatrox

  • Blades of Torment ( E ) damage lowered to 75/110/145/180/215 from 75/120/165/210/255.



Ahri 

  • Essence Theft ( passive) Now heals Ahri for (2 + Champion Level) +9% AP each time her passive-enhanced spells hit an enemy (from 35% Spell Vamp) 
  • Fox Fire ( W ) now reads “Enemies hit with multiple fox-fires take 30% damage from each additional fox-fire beyond the first, for a maximum of X damage to a single enemy.” instead of 50% damage from each additional fox-fire
  • Fox Fire ( W ) mana cost reduced to 50 at all ranks.
  • Fox Fire ( W ) now counts as an AoE damage source back to counting as a single target spell  for the purposes of Spell Vamp and Rylai’s Crystal Scepter 
  • Charm ( E ) now reads “Enemies hit by Charm take 20% more magic damage from Ahri for 6 seconds. Orb of Deceptions True damage is also increased by this effect”
  • Charm ( E ) mana cost now 85 at all ranks from 50/65/80/95/110
  • Spirit Rush ( R ) damage reduced to 70/110/150 ( +.3 AP )  from 85/125/165 ( +.35 AP )
  • Spirit Rush ( R ) recast time reduced to 7 seconds back to 10 seconds.


Corki

  • Missle Barrage ( R ) cooldown increased to 2 seconds at all ranks from 1.2
  • Missle Barrage ( R ) base damage lowered to 100/180/260 from 120/190/260.
Fizz

  • Seastone Trident ( W ) active AP ratio reduced to ( .15 AP ) from ( .35 AP )

Heimerdinger

  • Reworked see above
Jinx

  • Switcheroo ( Q ) – mini gun total attack speed lowered to 30/55/80/105/130 from 50/70/90/110/130%
  • Switcheroo ( Q ) cooldown now .9 from 1.
  • Zap (W) –  base damage lowered to 10/60/110/160/210 from 30/75/120/165/210.
  • Zap (W)- mana cost increased to 50/60/70/80/90 from 45/55/65/75/85
Kassadin

  • Base MR reduced to 30 from 31.25
  • MR per level reduced to 0 from 1.25 per level. 
  • Null Sphere ( Q ) mana cost decreased to 70/75/80/85/90 from 70/80/90/100/110
  • Null Sphere ( Q ) damage lowered to 80/115/150/185/220 from 80/130/180/230/280.
  • Null Sphere ( Q ) silence changed to 1.5/1.75/2/2.25/2.5 from 1/1.4/1.8/2.2/2.6
  • Riftwalk ( R ) tooltip now reads : “Kassadin teleports to a nearby location dealing 80/105/130 (+0.8) magic damage to surrounding enemy units.  Additionally, each subsequent Riftwalk within the next 8/8/8 seconds costs 100/100/100 additional Mana and deals 50/55/60 (+.1 ap) additional damage, stacks up to 10 times. If Kassadin hits an enemy champion with Riftwalk, it refunds 50/50/50% of the cost.” from yesterday’s verbose changes.
    • Base damage changed to 80/105/130 from 70/100/130
    • Teleport AP ratio increased to .8 from .6 
    • Now back to granting stacks on each jump rather than only gaining damage stacks when hitting an enemy champion 
    • Bonus damage for subsequent Riftwalks changes to 50/55/60 (.1 ) from 35/50/65 ( .2 ) 
    Kennen

    • Lots of Tooltip updates: Passive now reads that all of Kennen’s abilities now add a mark of the storm instead of every tooltip saying it adds a mark of the storm.
    • Kennen’s Mark of the Storm ( passive ) now lasts 6.25 seconds up from 6.
    Leona
    • Solar Flare ( R ) mana cost reduced to 100 at all ranks from 100/150/200.
    Master Yi

    • Meditate ( W ) mana cost lowered to 50 mana at all ranks from 50/65/80/95/110.
    Morgana
    • Base attack range increased to 450 from 425.
    • Tormented Soil ( W ) tool tip reads: “Curses an area for 5 seconds. Enemies on the cursed ground are dealt 24/38/52/66/80 (.22 AP ) to 36/57/ 78/ 99/ 120(.33 ) magic damage every second based on the enemy’s missing Health.” 
      • Tormented Soil ( W ) base damage decreased to 24/38/52/66/80 from 25/40/55/70/85
      • Tormented Soil ( W ) base AP ratio increased to .22 AP from .2
      • Tormented Soil ( W ) damage increase based on missing enemy HP reduced to 0%-50% from 10% to 60%. – this puts the maximum damage at ~36/57/ 78/ 99/ 120(.33 )
        Olaf

        • Undertow ( Q ) slow increased to 2.5 seconds max from 2 seconds and 1.5 seconds min from 1 second.
        • Undertow ( Q ) mana cost reduced to 60 at all ranks from 55/60/65/70/75
        • Vicious Strikes ( W ) attack speed increased to 40/50/60/70/80% from 20/35/50/65/80%
        • Reckless Strike ( E ) cost reduced to 30% of damage dealt from 40%



        Shen

        • Shadow Dash ( E ) range increased to 600 from 575 ( see this for more info ).
          Soraka
          • Wish ( R ) mana cost reduced to 100 at all ranks from 100/175/250.
          Swain

          Tryndamere

          • Spinning Splash ( E ) now reads “Spinning Slash’s cooldown is reduced by 1 second whenever Tryndamere critically strikes. This effect is doubled against champions.”

          Xerath

          • Reworked see above
          Varus
          • Chain of Corruption ( R ) mana cost lowered to 100 at all ranks from 120.

          Viktor

          • Chaos Storm ( R ) mana cost reduced to 100 at all ranks from 125/175/225.

          Ziggs

          • Bouncing Bomb ( Q ) –  “a change to Ziggs’ Q targeting where, if the target location is out of range, he’ll cast in that direction, rather than walking into range of that location to cast. Effectively this means Bouncing Bomb acts somewhat like a line skillshot. ” ( More info here )
          • Mega Inferno Bomb ( R ) now deals double damage to minions.

          Zed
          • Death Mark ( R )  tooltip now reads: “Zed becomes untargetable and spawns a Living Shadow at his location. He then dashes to the target and marks them for death. After 3 seconds, the mark will trigger, dealing physical damage equal to  plus 20/35/50% of all magic and physical damage dealt to the target by Zed and his shadows while the mark was active. Reactivating Death Mark during this time will cause Zed to switch positions with the Living Shadow created by Death Mark.”
          • From the looks of it the only different bit is that he spawns the the shadow when he starts his ult rather than after porting to target.
          • Tooltip reads that Shadow spawned from ult lasts 6 seconds. 

          Zyra

          • Deadly Bloom ( Q ) range reduced by 25.
          • Deadly Bloom ( Q ) AP ratio increased to .65 from .6
          • Q base damage lowered to 70/105/140/175/210 from 75/115/155/195/235
          • Rampant Growth ( W ) range increased by 25
          • Rampant Growth ( W ) passive cooldown reduction reduced to 2/4/6/8/10% from 4/8/12/16/20%

          General Changes
          Dominion / Crystal Scar
          • The global buff NO LONGER reduces self-healing/regen by 20%.


          General Item Changes

          Kindlegem 

          • Combine cost increased 100g – total cost now 950
          • Due to above change, price of ALL KINDLEGEM build paths increased by 100g – Zeke’s, Spirit Visage, Spirit of Ancient Golem, Shurelya’s Rev.
          Crystal Scar and Twisted Treeline Item Changes



          Grez’s Spectral Lantern

          • Attack damage reduced to 15 from 20.
          • Cost increased by 200
          • Stealth-detecting mist duration lowered to 5 seconds from 10, reveal lowered to 3 seconds from 6 seconds.



          The Lightbringer

          • Total cost increased to 2700 from 2325
          • Recipe Cost increased to 575 from 200
          • Stealth-detecting mist duration lowered to 5 seconds from 10, reveal lowered to 3 seconds from 6 seconds. 
          • Damage decreased to 20 from 50
          • Armor increased to 25 from 20
          • Lifesteal increased to 15% from 12%
          • Now grants 200 hp
          • Pickaxe in item recipe replaced with Ruby Crystal



          Twin Shadows ( changes compared to the SR version )

          • Cost reduced by 200
          • Ability power lowered to 30 from 40
          • MR lowered to 30 from 40
          • Cooldown lowered to 60 seconds from 120 seconds



          Hextech Sweeper

          • Total cost increased to 2300 from 1920
          • AP lowered by 10
          • Health lowered by 50
          • Cooldown reduction increased to 20% and no longer unique
          • Movement speed removed
          • Build patch changed to Fiendish Codex instead of Amp Tome x2
          • Stealth-detecting mist duration lowered to 5 seconds from 10, reveal lowered to 3 seconds from 6 seconds.
          Sanguine Blade

          • Total cost increased to 2275 from 2175
          • Recipe Cost increased to 600 from 500.
          • Attack Damage increasaed to 50 from 40



          Blackfire Torch

          • Now Grants 10% movement speed
          • Total Cost increased to 2650 from 2400
          • Recipe cost increased to 970 from 720
          • Active duration reduced to 20% of targets MAX HP in magic damage over 4 seconds down from 6 seconds ( for clarity – this is a buff )
